Ninpo class with Ingo Taleb Rashid

Ninpo is more known as ninjutsu, or the warrior arts of the ninja but the term Ninpo is used as it has a deeper significance... The system is builds on Tai Jutsu, the body art. In this weekly Ninpo classes we learn basic movements and forms. Classes includes body school exercises, good managing of body energy and focusing it as well as theoretical knowledge from Ninpo tradition. Class will take place every Wednesday.
